Wholesale Pricing & Discount Code
To access wholesale pricing, approved B2B customers must request a unique discount code before completing checkout. Once your wholesale account is verified, we will provide you with a code that applies your exclusive pricing at checkout. Please ensure you use this code when placing your order, as discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Minimum Order Quantities
The initial minimum order quantity is 6 units per order.
Payment Terms
All orders require a 100% deposit upon order placement.Payments shall be made via [website checkout, bank transfer, check, credit card, PayPal, etc.].
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
All blankets come with packaging (box, hang tag, tissue paper, sticker)
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of payment receipt.
Retailer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Supplier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products reported within 5 days of receipt.
Retailer must provide photographic evidence of defects for return approval.
Branding & Marketing
Retailer must represent Teddy & Moose branding accurately and may not alter or rebrand products.
Online sales require prior approval, and products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without written consent.
Exclusivity & Territory Restrictions
If exclusivity is granted, it will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Retailer may not distribute to other resellers without Supplier’s approval.
