Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Teddy & Moose offers worldwide shipping to selected countries. Orders are shipped via UPS
and USPS. For added security, all packages are insured and require a signature for all orders. Deliveries outside of the United States or Puerto Rico may be subject to local import taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver where they apply. Teddy & Moose is not responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping.
Damages
Teddy & Moose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Lost Packages
